A better prompt. A more useful reply.

A fictional furniture repair shop pilots AI-assisted replies for one recurring customer request, with the owner checking the result.

Read the video description

A focused customer-response pilot starts with the vague prompt “Write a reply to this customer.” It is crossed out and clearer instructions are typed in place: the business repairs furniture, the customer needs a chair repaired, and the reply should be warm and ask for a photo. Business context chips move into the prompt. The revised response takes shape alongside it and asks the customer for a photo. The owner checks the service description and next step against a persistent strip of business facts. The example shows how to test one useful AI task before expanding it.

Start with the work, not the tool.

AI can help with drafting, summarizing, organizing information, and finding patterns. But a long list of tools is not a plan. Mage helps connect those capabilities to a task your team already does, then decide whether the change is worth making.

What we can work on together.

What a first project could look like.

Your team answers the same customer questions every week. A starting project could bring approved answers into one place and use AI to draft responses for a person to review. Before expanding it, check whether drafts are accurate, editing is quicker, and customers still receive thoughtful answers.

Keep judgment in the loop.

AI output needs review. We help your team understand when a draft is useful, what information to keep out of a tool, and when a person should make the call. Success means a process people can use confidently—not simply another subscription.

How to prepare for a conversation.

Bring one recurring task, the tools you use for it, and a description of what makes it frustrating. A non-sensitive example is enough to begin. You do not need an AI strategy before you reach out.
